Who We Are
MesotheliomaLawyerCenter.org (the “Site”) is sponsored by the law firm Danziger & De Llano, LLP (“we,” “us”). This website is attorney advertising. The Site provides information about mesothelioma, asbestos exposure, and related legal options, and offers visitors a way to request a free case review. When you submit an inquiry through the Site, it is received by Danziger & De Llano, LLP.
Your use of this website is also governed by our Terms of Service.
You can contact us about privacy at any time: call 800-793-4540 or use the form at our contact page.
Information You Give Us
When you request a case review, contact us, or submit a form, you may provide:
- Your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and state of residence
- Health information you choose to share — such as a mesothelioma or other asbestos-related diagnosis, the date of diagnosis, and treatment status
- Asbestos exposure history — such as where and when you or a family member may have been exposed, occupation, employer, or military service (for veterans: branch, service dates, and duty stations)
- Anything else you include in a message or form field
You are never required to provide information, but we cannot respond to a case inquiry without the details needed to evaluate it.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and general (city/state-level) location, using cookies and similar technologies. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Site and to understand how visitors use it. The Site does not display third-party advertising and does not use advertising cookies.
Third-party services active on the Site that receive this kind of technical data: Google reCAPTCHA (blocks spam and automated form submissions), UserWay (accessibility widget), Wistia (video hosting; receives video-viewing data), Adobe Fonts and Font Awesome (deliver typefaces and icons), web analytics services (currently Ahrefs Web Analytics; we may also use Google Analytics), and the Better Business Bureau (accreditation badge). Each receives the technical data needed to provide its function.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some Site features but does not prevent you from reading the Site or calling us.
How We Use Your Information
- To evaluate and respond to your legal inquiry — the core purpose of the Site
- To contact you about your inquiry, using the contact details you provided
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who Receives Your Information
This is the section visitors most need, so it is stated plainly:
- When you submit a case inquiry, your information is delivered to Danziger & De Llano, LLP through our intake systems. If another experienced mesothelioma law firm is better positioned to handle your matter, your information may be shared with that firm so it can evaluate your inquiry and contact you.
- Service providers that process data on our behalf: our legal-intake platform (LeadDocket), workflow automation (Zapier), email delivery (Brevo), our website host, and the site services listed above. Each is authorized to use your information only to provide its service to us.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information to comply with law, a subpoena, or a court order; to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business (with notice posted on this page).
We do not rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Health Information
Information about your diagnosis and exposure history is sensitive. We use it only to evaluate and route your legal inquiry, we restrict access to people involved in that work, and we never use it for advertising. The Site is not a healthcare provider, and information you submit here is not covered by HIPAA; it is protected by this policy and applicable state privacy laws.
Testimonials
If you provide a testimonial and give us permission to publish it, we display it using your first name and last initial only. To request removal of a testimonial, contact us using the details above.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to and document your inquiry and to meet our legal and professional obligations, and automatically collected data for as long as needed for the purposes described above. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, receive a copy of it, correct it, delete it, or opt out of certain sharing. To exercise any of these rights, call 800-793-4540 or use our contact page with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California residents: under California’s “Shine the Light” law you may request a list of any third parties to which we disclosed personal information for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding year. As stated above, we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing. To make a request, contact us with the statement “California Shine the Light Privacy Request” and your name, street address, city, state, and zip code.

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors Outside the United States
The Site is intended for residents of the United States. Information is processed and stored in the United States, whose laws may differ from those of your country.
